This is just a small complilation of my work. I hope you enjoy your
browse, and if you have any questions please feel free to email me
or click on contact above for a more direct method.
I have been working as a web designer and developer for the last 2
years. Below you will find a list of the sites that I have helped design
and create and a small description as to what they would be used for.
If you click on the site name you will be taken to a sample of the site.
Many of these are just samples of design, usability and consdieration
for functionality.

A small business wanted to reach a wider market with
their products, and ensure that annoucements could be added and
displayed easily. The site is not completely finished, but the template
is up at http://www.aromatictreasures.com.au |

This site was designed to cater for a wide audience.
The layout reduces the amount of reloading required and also reflects
the look and feel of the organisation on the business card. You
can also look at the website at http://www.austmrs.com.au. |

This template was designed to give the client as much
flexibility and optmise the amount of space used for their site.
It was intended to work with PHP and the site HM below (hence their
similar design). |

CSIRO Land and Water

Unfortunately I am unable to display this site. I
was asked to help re-structure and redesign the CSIRO Land and Water
Human Resources intranet site. I was required to ensure all the
documents were available, links were going to right places, and
design a new interface that was not confusing for the users. |

| Environment
Australia |
|
Both Environment Australia and Health and Aged Care
required websites for their online graduate recruitment application
process for 2000. Cross browser compatibility, the wide audience,
and the look and feel of both the official sites were taken into
consideration for these. The functionality of the site was implemented
by an associate, and used PHP and a mySQL database to store the
information. |

Simple, elegant and user friendly was the driving force behind this

From all this it is evident that my dominant skill is web design using
HTML and JavaScript. The graphics are created using Adobe Photoshop
and Paintshop Pro, and many of the sites are generated using Dreamweaver.
However, I have also had the opportunity to use other web tools and
languages such as PERL and ASP. The sites above are projects that I
have had the priviledge of working on from start to finish. Other projects
that I have been involved in allow me to exercise my consulting skills,
documentation and general advice on a site.
Clients (for MaasCorporation) for this type of work include:
- Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry Australia (AFFA)
- Animal Health Australia (AHA)
- Bureau of Rural Sciences (BRS)
